1. Teaching Aids Introduction
Optical experiments are a method of studying optical phenomena, helping people better perceive and understand optical principles. Through optical simulation software, we can design and optimize optical systems, while with optical experiment teaching aids, we can directly observe physical optical phenomena such as light propagation, refraction, reflection, interference, and diffraction. Combining software simulation with hands-on experiments cultivates students' experimental skills and scientific literacy, enhancing their ability to innovate and solve problems.
Infotek independently developed an optical experiment teaching aid based on market demand. Designed for university-level optics courses.This teaching aid integrates a variety of optical experiments and includes various instruments and equipment such as light sources, lenses, mirrors, spatial light modulators, DOEs, etc. When students learn abstract and difficult-to-understand optical principles and phenomena in class, they can use VirtualLab Fusion for optical simulation on one hand, and use the optical experiment teaching aid on the other hand to achieve a combination of virtual and real learning, thereby understanding these concepts and content in practice.
The Teaching Aids includes the Multiscale Optical Simulation and Design Platform, VirtualLab Fusion, along with an experiment manual. By combining it with VirtualLab Fusion software, users can perform physical setup operations based on theoretical simulations, achieving a "virtual-physical integration" approach to enhance the pedagogical value of experiments.
